With thought leadership, vision and reputation, Marc Keveles is an innovative director of business for applications of disruptive technologies with a 20+ year track record pioneering into trading technologies and the development of electronic marketplaces. Marc is called upon as an expert in FinTech, digital assets and on alternative monetary systems. Marc has a background in Business Development, Globalization, Investor Relations, Product Management, IT Project Management and Process Design. He specializes in partnership and scalable client on-boarding programs for launching new initiatives and business expansion which span geographies, industries & cultures.
A markets structures expert, Marc has held key roles for building and transforming Wall Street's trading ecosystem for over 400 financial institutions at top firms including Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. He services clients in multiple industries including banking and financing, hedge funds, family offices, and institutional investors, FinTech and trading technologies, alternative marketplaces, including crypto platforms, digital assets, alternative monetary systems as well as multiple facets of the commercial real estate and building industries, hotels and hospitality, green energy, film and entertainment, telecom, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) along with related applications.
Marc is a career-spanning networking leader, the Founder of the Crossroads network, Crossroads Global Opportunities, has a portfolio of strategic interests within the FinTech, digital assets and blockchain infrastructure spaces and is a regular panel judge for a prestigious Swedish PPP investment group awarding tax-payer appropriations for innovative scale-up companies who are going global. He is passionate about skiing, sailing, yacht racing, relationship psychology, ethical applications of blockchain technologies and real estate. Marc has a BA from SUNY Buffalo, IT Project Management certification from Syracuse University and several certifications through the New York Institute of Finance.

Diana Adachi
Diana Adachi is an Investor, Serial Entrepreneur, ESG Influencer and Blockchain Expert accelerating the growth of emerging companies and corporations at the crossroads of her passion for disruptive innovation and underserved markets.
Diana is making an impact on the future of our global monetary system, including digital assets with a true north compass heading for sustainability. Diana is currently a partner in an ESG impact fund, and serves on several boards. She was CEO at Pegasus FinTech, an investment firm who invested in compliant early stage blockchain companies. Previously she was a Global Blockchain Lead for Accenture in Silicon Valley. Diana is a frequent speaker at Global Investor Conference, has served as a mentor for Singularity University in Silicon Valley, guest lecturer at UC Berkeley on Blockchain and sat on the Advisory Board for the University of Toronto, where she was a recipient of the President's Arbor Award. Diana Adachi holds a BS from the University of Toronto.

Robert is dedicated to transforming the financial system into a values-based economy by maximizing investment flows into sustainability initiatives. Robert has proven expertise in building global ecosystems for Impact Investing and ESG communities through advisory, educational and networking services. Richard holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and his BS in International Business and Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston.

Mike has an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance and holds a BS in Mathematical Economics from Tulane University.
